Terms of Service

Welcome to QuickBro ("we", "us", "our", "QuickBro"). By accessing or using the QuickBro website (quickbro.online) and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickBro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you are buying the plan with on your own.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Username & Password: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We store passwords using SHA-256 hashing and never store plain-text credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
• Google Sign-In: If you choose to authenticate via Google, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google ID. We do not store your Google password.
• Device ID: A local device identifier may be generated to manage session security and prevent abuse.
• Account Liability: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access via Telegram (@MoneyCaught).

3. Likes Service & Daily Credits

• Credits: QuickBro provides a daily credit system that resets every 24 hours. Each credit corresponds to one "like" action through our service. The exact number of free daily credits is displayed in your dashboard and may change from time to time.
• Subscription Plans: We may offer premium plans or one-time credit packs. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Fees are clearly presented before checkout.
• No Guarantee of Specific Results: While we strive to deliver likes promptly, we do not guarantee any specific increase in engagement, ranking, or visibility on third-party platforms. The Service is provided "as is."
• Fair Use Policy: We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that engage in abusive usage patterns (e.g., automated scripts, excessive requests, or any activity that harms system stability).

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or create multiple fake accounts.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software that may harm our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute QuickBro credits or access to the Service without explicit written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from future use.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information (username, hashed password, device ID, usage logs, and Google profile data when applicable). By using QuickBro, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

6. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

• Paid Plans: If you purchase a subscription or credit pack, you agree to pay all fees as specified. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. QuickBro does not store full payment card details.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us at @MoneyCaught within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your case.
• Automatic Renewal: For recurring subscriptions, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, code, and design elements of QuickBro (including the QuickBro name and lightning symbol) are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (e.g., target links or usernames), but you grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the Service.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

• By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. To request full data deletion, contact us via Telegram @MoneyCaught. We will remove your username, password hash, usage logs, and any associated data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise system security.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUICKBRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKBRO AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, THIS PROVISION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google, MongoDB Atlas). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your interactions with any third-party service are governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and request account deletion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QuickBro operates (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court at our discretion. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
